Our setting

With almost every property fronting water on the Gulf of Mexico, Sarasota Bay, or Heron Lagoon, the community is built around the natural beauty of southern Siesta Key.

Club house amenities

The Sanderling Clubhouse, located directly on the Gulf, is the center of club’s communal life. Built on an open plan with sweeping views of the gulf, the Clubhouse also features a large patio and BBQ area for socializing and experiencing the beauty of the community. There are also 3 tennis courts for member use, along with a playground structure for community children.

Another feature of The Sanderling Club are the twenty five Gulf front cabanas. Built in 1952 by architect Paul Rudolph, the first two cabanas were situated around a concrete patio. Six years later, the final three buildings were completed, and remain a key part of many members’ experience.

Bay-side Club Marina

Members also have access to a sheltered private, fifteen boat marina located off Little Sarasota Bay, just south of the Stickney Point Bridge.
